CGM-Based Metabolic Optimization Programs
Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) can provide valuable insight into individual metabolic responses to food, sleep, stress, and activity. These programs are designed for individuals without diabetes who want to better understand their personal glucose patterns and optimize energy, appetite regulation, body composition, and overall metabolic health.
Programs typically include CGM data interpretation, metabolic education, and individualized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. Several program options are available depending on individual goals and the desired level of monitoring. Details of CGM programs are available upon request.
Please note that CGM sensors are not included.
