Dr. Weir provides dedicated medical consultations for individuals experiencing symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause. Visits include comprehensive, evidence-informed assessment of concerns such as vasomotor symptoms, menstrual changes, sleep disturbance, cognitive and mood changes, sexual wellness concerns, and overall midlife health.

Evaluation for menopause hormone therapy (MHT) when appropriate

What to expect
Perimenopausal and menopausal concerns are often multidimensional. Effective care typically requires more than one visit so that concerns can be addressed in a focused and organized way.
Referral Requirements
An initial consultation requires a physician referral. Once assessed and accepted into care, follow-up visits may be booked directly. Phone visits require patients to be physically located in Ontario.
