No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy

This policy is applicable to any patient who:

  • Misses their appointment.

  • Cancels or reschedules their appointment without adequate notice.

    ‍ ‍- 24 hours (1 business day) for 10-20 minute long appointments.
    - 48 hours (2 business days) for 30-80 minue long appointments.
    - 72 hours (3 business days) for IUD/Nexplanon insertion or removal appointments exceeding 30 minutes.

  • Fails to arrive at a reasonable time of a scheduled appointment.
