Our CBT program at WellOne is an individualized program tailored to your specific mental health concerns. The program requires a 3-4 month commitment which involves weekly sessions, recommended readings, homework assignments and optional group sessions.

Our CBT program is an individualized program which requires a 3-4 month commitment of weekly follow-up sessions.
