“No Show / Late Cancellation Policy” 

A “no show” is someone who:

  • Misses their appointment

  • Cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours (1 business day) notice for 10-20 minute appointments, or 48 hours (2 business days) notice for appointments 30 mins or longer (including CBT)

  • Fails to present at a reasonable time of a scheduled appointment (Late Arrival)
