For current patients please select your family physician, the type of appointment you need, and select from available time slots. Once your appointment has been accepted you will receive confirmation through email and text message.
For privacy and security measures rejection reasons are not displayed in emails or text messages. You must login to the portal to view the reason, and you can then attempt to book another appointment.
